Stat Experts is a Washington DC based courier service that operates in 38 states. As part of a larger sales playbook development initiative, Bryan Feller Associates produced a library of training videos on using Salesforce.com, Jigsaw and SE proposals. All of these software programs have online help and training, but these resources are generic and not based on customized ways clients actually use them. For Stat Experts, the company started out only using the basics of these programs and needed a “quick start” resource that the sales team could refer to after the live training was over.
