Stat Experts is a Washington DC based courier service that operates in 38 states. The company wanted to expand, but was limited by a string of hiring failures in sales. Stat Experts had several top producers on the sales team, but could not replicate the best practices of these individuals with new hires – especially in prospecting campaigns.
To address this, Bryan Feller and his team produced a custom sales playbook detailing key sales best practices with emphasis on prospecting using Salesforce.com, Jigsaw, and SE Proposals, by Sales Element. Feller’s team also produced a promotional video of client testimonials that was a key support element in the prospecting campaigns of Stat Experts. In addition to a written Sales Playbook, Stat Experts sales staff attended a Flawless Sales Conversations Workshop, and a series of online training videos was developed showing the sales team how to execute key aspects of their daily routines. The Bryan Feller Associates team also captured the best practices of the top performers and compiled these in a training video for new hires.
