Volunteers from local churches are critical to the success of Path of Life Ministries, a non-profit organization that runs three homeless shelter programs in Riverside, CA. Volunteers not only add value to the ministry, they are the strongest advocates in the community – helping increase donor giving. In an effort to build volunteer participation, Bryan Feller Associates worked with Path of Life to launch a Guest Chef enrollment initiative. The initiative involved producing a promotional video (above) and a creating a Conversation Guide that presented the value proposition to local pastors and churches. These tools were extremely effective creating awareness, participation, and support from local churches.
