In partnership with Afterburner Seminars, Bryan Feller assessed the entire senior management team of Wet Design using Hogan Assessments. Wet Design is a design and fabricator of some of the most recognized water features in the world including the Bellagio Hotel. Debriefs were given to each member as part of an ongoing effort to build move effective teams and foster open communication. Surprisingly, the Hogan Assessments for the group pin pointed key problem areas in the company and its ability to execute. Ongoing coaching and facilitated team meetings helped members work more cohesively and break through some of the limiting team behaviors that had held them back for years.
